Return and Refund Policy – CBUM Merch
At CBUM Merch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Return and Refund Policy explains how you can request a return, exchange, or refund.
Returns
You may return items purchased from CBUM Merch within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Original tags, packaging, and labels are intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Items that are damaged, altered, or worn will not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong or defective item was delivered.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. Please contact our support team at contact@cbummerchandise.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Gift cards
Personalized or custom items
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Return an Item
To return a product:

Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Ship the item securely in its original packaging.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
