How We Handle Claims
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, CBUM Merch will:
Promptly review the claim.
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the user who posted the content about the removal.
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice following the instructions in the DMCA. CBUM Merch will respond in accordance with DMCA requirements.
